NSL Tunnel Training-
NSL Camps are structured to accommodate the individual needs of campers. A proven curriculum of RW body flight is emphasized, with instruction from some of the most experienced tunnel coaches in the sport. Campers progress according to their needs and goals. NSL camps take place over two weekend days, and are offered in either a traditional body flight format or an intensive 4-way format.
NSL Camps at SkyVenture Orlando
Standard Camp: The Standard camp format is an environment of shared tunnel time and coaching focused on each camper’s individual needs, this is primarily so no one camper has to fly more than one-quarter of any flight session. The camper-to-coach ratio is never more than 3:1 in the Standard Camp. Campers register individually for either one or one-and-a-half hours of tunnel time over two days (usually a Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday). Tunnel time in the Standard Camp is intended to consist of one-on-one flights with a coach. However, teams and two-way pieces may register for the Standard camp and may pool or share their time provided they clear these arrangements in advance with the camp organizer. Campers may also purchase additional coached or uncoached tunnel time as available at each camp. This “extra” time is usually arranged in advance of the camp and usually consists of between 30 minutes and 90 minutes per camper. This time can be purchased in increments of 15 minutes the morning of each camp day. Campers with specific requests for “extra” time should advise the camp organizer.
